Orange Creamsicle Truffles 

 Ingredients:
– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon orange extract
– Zest of 1 orange
– 1½ cups white chocolate chips, melted
– Orange food coloring (optional)
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (for coating)
 Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until well combined.
3. Add the orange extract, orange zest, and melted white chocolate. Mix until smooth. If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring to enhance the color.
4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
5. Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
6. Roll each truffle in graham cracker crumbs to coat completely.
7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill for another 30 minutes to set.
8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
