Easy One-Bowl Red Velvet Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon red food coloring
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2. Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring, and mix until fully combined.

3. Add the Dry Ingredients:
Stir in the flour and salt until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips if using.

4. Bake the Brownies:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

5. Cool and Slice:
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares. Enjoy!

Notes:
