 Big Mama’s Cinnamon Roll Cake 

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 4 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 1/2 cups whole milk
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cinnamon Swirl:
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 5 tablespoons whole milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter, and stir until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

For the Cinnamon Swirl:
1. In a separate bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the cake batter. Use a knife to swirl it through the batter, creating a marbled effect.
2. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For the Glaze:
1. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Pour the glaze over the warm cake, allowing it to seep into the cinnamon swirls.
