Cinnamon Roll Fudge

Ingredients
 
– 2 cups white chocolate chips
– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tablespoon milk
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for the swirl)
 
Directions
 
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
5. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and additional cinnamon to create a swirl mixture. Drizzle the cinnamon mixture over the fudge and use a toothpick or knife to create a swirl design.
6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set.
7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares before serving.
