– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
4. Fold in chopped pecans gently.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
