 Cream Cheese Banana Bread – moist, creamy, and irresistible 

Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla, mixing until well combined. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the batter, then top with the remaining batter.
6. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
