Ingredients:
– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 large eggs
– 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (red, green, and white)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and holiday sprinkles.
5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Decorate the tops with additional sprinkles if desired.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
