CORN DOGS

INGREDIENTS:

5 Hotdogs.

Mozzarella cheese: Five large cubes.

230 grams.Of all-purpose Flour.

45 grams.Of regular Sugar.

1 small spoon.Of White vinegar.

1/2 Teaspoon.Of sea Salt.

Milk: about one glass of 250 ml.

A large Egg.

1 small spoon.Of White vinegar.

Vegetable oil, for frying.

I used Spicy Mustard and ketchup, for serving.

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO PREPARE THE BEST HOMEMADE CORN DOGS EVER:

Step 1:

I placed the hotdogs on wooden skewers and stuck them in a hot grilling dish to roast hot dogs and cheese.

Step 2:

Before producing any skewers, I checked the need to soak the skewers first.

Step 3:

In a medium dish, I mixed the flour with the salt, regular white sugar, a large egg, white vinegar, and milk, and I whisk until all the ingredients are fully mixed.

Step 4:

In a wide bowl, I put the mixture and plunge the skewers into it so that they are completely coated.

Step 5:

In the ample grease, I fried the skewers before browning.

Step 6:

On a serving tray, I spread out the skewers and placed the ketchup and spicy mustard over them for serving!
