Peanut Butter Cup Gooey Bars

Ingredients:

– 1 box yellow cake mix
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 large egg
– 2 cups peanut butter cups, chopped
– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– ½ cup creamy peanut butter

 Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and egg until a dough forms. Press two-thirds of the dough evenly into the prepared dish.
3. Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups evenly over the dough.
4. In a small bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Drizzle evenly over the peanut butter cups.
5. Crumble the remaining dough over the top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
