Directions:
Marinate the chicken generously according to your preference and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or even overnight for enhanced flavor.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Arrange the chopped vegetables at the base of the baking dish. Position the chicken on top and drizzle 1/3 cup of broth into the bottom of the dish.
