NO BAKE SALTED CARAMEL COCONUT MACAROONS

ALL YOU NEED :

3 Tbsp.Of Milk.

6 Tbsp.Of Salted butter.

A bag Of Kraft caramels.

5 Cups.Of shredded Sweetened coconut.

4 Oz.Of melted Chocolate.

A pinch of sea salt.

DIRECTIONS :

Step 1:

First thing I did, I added the milk, butter, and caramel to a big pot. And I stir it with great care, and I used high heat so that mixing doesn’t get too heavy.

Step 2:

When caramel was blended along with coconut, I folded in the coconut until it was well mixed. Sometimes I added more coconut flour if needed so that coconut flour was fully coated, and to prevent too much moisture.

Step 3:

I spoon out about a half spoon of the briquette mixture on the parchment paper.

Step 4:

Immediately I melted the chocolate into the smaller bowl in compliance with the cooking directions.

Step 5:

To brush the bottom of macaroons in sugar, I dunk them in chocolate and set them back on parchment paper to dry. Afterward, I consisted of chocolate with a pinch of salt.

Step 6:

To end, I let the cookies cool before serving.
