Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup toffee bits
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed pretzels
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
6. Stir in the toffee bits, chocolate chips, and crushed pretzels.
7. Using a spoon, scoop the dough and roll it into small balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
8. Gently press each dough ball into a tree shape using your fingers or a cookie cutter.
9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
