Ingredients:
1 lb (453 g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp seasoned salt (divided)
1 tsp Montreal steak spice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
16 slices of provolone cheese
4 tortillas Vegetable oil - Preparation:
Add 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, the steak seasonings, and half of the cayenne pepper to the beef. In a saucepan, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. steaks are seared. Take out of the flames. After adding a little oil, add the peppers and onions. Add the remaining cayenne and salt. The vegetables should be sautéed until soft, stirring often. Build the quesadillas by spritzing oil on a pan and heating it over medium heat. Place four slices of cheese on top of the tortilla. Place the vegetables on the other side and the meat on the other. The tortilla should be folded once the cheese has melted. Create four cuts. Repeat. to assist
