Crispy Chicken Tenders with Fries

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Tenders:
1 lb chicken tenders (or chicken breast cut into strips)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Fries:
4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

For Serving:
Your favorite dipping sauces (e.g., ketchup, ranch, honey mustard)

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the Fries: In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
3. Make the Chicken Tenders: In a shallow dish, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In another dish, place the beaten eggs. In a third dish, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
4. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
6. Serve the crispy chicken tenders with the baked fries and your favorite dipping sauces.
