Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel tomatoes. Mix until well combined.
3. Add the cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Let cool slightly before serving.
